What are your prices?
You'll find all the information you need on the Costs page. We don't charge mark-ups for Wedding bookings. With Bossa Basseline you are dealing direct with the musicians: we don't charge any agency/booking fees & we don't charge GST.
How early should I get in touch?
We often get booked for Weddings several years in advance, so the sooner the better. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
What's the process for making a booking?
Contact Carole with your event date, time & venue and she'll confirm availability. If you're happy to go ahead, Carole will email you a Booking Confirmation Form (a downloadable version can be found at the bottom of the Contact page). Simply complete the details and send them back to Carole, who'll then confirm everything in writing. If you'd like to meet up before the booking, let us know - Carole's always on hand to answer your questions.

What parts of a Wedding Ceremony require music choices?
You'll need to choose music for your Entrance, Register Signing and Exit. Scroll to the bottom of the Ceremony Music page...you'll find a downloadable 'Advice Sheet for choosing Wedding Ceremony Music'.
How long do you play for Wedding Ceremonies & Drinks Receptions?
Wedding Ceremony bookings usually last a total of 1 hour. Most Drinks Reception bookings last 1.5 hours.
What music do you play for Drinks Receptions?
When you book us, we'll send you a Repertoire List from which you can create your own playlist.
How long does it take for you to set up and pack away?
We usually arrive on-site 1 hour prior to the booking start time. It takes around 20 minutes to set up, and 20 minutes to pack away, depending on how far away parking is from the event venue.
Do you play along to backing tracks?
We NEVER use backing tracks. Every note we play is LIVE - and played with heartfelt intent.
Do you liaise with the venue or event planner?
Carole always likes to speak with those involved in organising your event - so that every last detail is in place prior to undertaking the booking. Carole has worked within Event Management, so she has a great understanding of the issues involved.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. Our equipment is insured and we have Public Liability Insurance.

We have many years’ experience of performing at Jersey’s top Wedding venues, including National Trust for Jersey and Jersey Heritage sites. We can play outdoors (weather permitting) and in marquees, and we are accustomed to working with Wedding Planners, Registrars & Event Managers all over the island.
Our Guitarist and Bandleader, Carole, is a former Event Manager, so she will guide your through every detail and help you select the most appropriate music choices for your celebration.
